fabrication, coating facilities, and machine shops to rapidly develop
prototype optical systems. For production optics, our OEM partners
include volume manufacturing facilities from the US, Germany, UK and
Russia. Based on quality, schedule and price requirements, Vigitek can
select the optimum manufacturing partner.

 

 

High-precision lens polisher

   Fabrication procedures include rough grinding, drilling, fine machine and manual polishing of Sapphire, BK7, Fused Silica (UV/IR Grade), Flint Glass, CaF2, etc. Each item can be coated to your exact specifications, no matter how complex. Each component passes strict quality control on flatness, curvature, dimensions, polishing quality and coating specs, using various instruments.
